About Mono

5 questions
Mono is a training company built on a simple idea: grey areas, explained in black and white. We cut through jargon and deliver training that's clear, practical, and genuinely useful — no filler, no fear-mongering.
At this stage, our focus is cybersecurity training. We're already developing our next area — the safe, efficient use of AI — with more programs to follow.
Yes. Our courses, for both organisations and individuals, are accessible from anywhere in the world. They're currently delivered in English, and we're actively working to expand into other languages and markets.
We teach what matters, pitched to where you actually are. Every program starts with a knowledge check, so the content adapts to your level rather than assuming one size fits all. We're a young company, and we treat that as an advantage — we're never precious about our first version, and we keep refreshing our content as the threat landscape changes.
Anyone who wants to feel genuinely capable online — from large organisations building a security-aware culture, to individuals and families who just want practical, judgement-free guidance.

About the programs

4 questions
Every program is built to deliver more than you'd expect from a typical course. Our month-by-month program breakdowns show exactly what's covered and why, so you can see the thinking behind the curriculum — not just a topic list.
Real people, not a ticket queue. Reach out with any question, at any stage, and we'll find a way to help.
Regularly. Threats change quickly, and static training goes stale fast — we review and refresh our material on an ongoing basis to keep it accurate.
Yes. Every course concludes with a certificate confirming your completed level, which you're welcome to share or add to your professional profile.

No. Your planning session is where we tailor the program to fit your organisation's specific needs — you're not locked into a fixed curriculum.
Absolutely. The program is designed so your own team can run it end-to-end, with our support whenever it's needed.
That depends on how involved you'd like to be — it varies by organisation. If you'd prefer a hands-off approach, we can run the entire program as an external provider with minimal involvement required from your side.
Yes. The program is built so we can cover the full scope of delivery ourselves if needed.
It's a supportive, one-on-one conversation with anyone who isn't progressing as expected — designed to provide extra help and make sure no one is left behind. This can be delivered by our team or by yours, with our guidance.
People learn differently, and the threat landscape keeps changing — a single format can't keep up with either. Rather than pairing phishing simulations with one generic training module, we deliver a fuller training structure that covers far more than phishing alone, while simulations remain an active, ongoing part of the program.
Yes — it's built for exactly that. Everything can be delivered entirely online, including 1:1 coaching by video call.
We test knowledge at the start and end of the program and track progress throughout, so improvement is measurable, not assumed.
In most cases, yes. Raise it during your planning session and we'll talk through what's possible for your setup.

Right here — take the quick knowledge check to find your starting level, then create an account and begin training.
Reach out any time — we're here to help. You can also change your course difficulty after you've started if it turns out you're not at the right level.
Click or Flick for individuals comes in two formats. With the monthly plan, a new topic unlocks at the end of each month. With the full-course option, everything unlocks immediately. The monthly plan is paid month to month; the full course is paid upfront. If you'd rather not wait, the full course is the better fit.
Just a device with an internet connection. A computer or laptop is ideal, but a tablet or mobile phone works fine too.
Reach out and we'll help you sort it out. The course runs entirely in a browser, so all you need is a connected device.
Yes — after your initial placement, you can adjust your level. Because a certificate is issued at completion, this is only possible within the first two months of starting.
Yes. And when you return the following year, you'll find an updated course — refreshed with new topics and current attack simulations.
No. The course starts with a knowledge check specifically so it can meet you at your actual starting point — no prior technical background assumed.
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, industry-standard payment providers — we never store your card details directly.
