For organisations · Flagship program

Scammers don't break in — they get let in. We train your people to spot the suspicious prompt and stop before they act, so a busy Tuesday doesn't become a breach.

What makes it different

A program your people actually feel — not another training they click through.

Most security training is a video and a quiz. We built something people remember: every layer working together — self-paced learning, real-world simulations, live sessions with subject-matter experts, and one-on-one coaching.

And it moves as fast as the threats do — updated continuously from live threat-intelligence, so your people learn what's landing in inboxes right now. That's the difference between ticking a box and building a culture that sticks.

Phase 0 Before the program even begins

Unique starts with you.

At Mono we know that cookie cutter training courses can't address issues and dynamics unique to your business and culture. That's why we use proprietary AI matching tools to align every course with the specific needs of those taking part.

"You can't change behaviour you haven't taken the time to understand. So we don't start with content — we start with a conversation."

1

Discovery & Conversation

We sit down with you to understand your business, your sector, your culture and what keeps you up at night.

2

Assess & Baseline

A baseline of knowledge, behaviour and role-based risk — so we know exactly where your people are starting.

3

Set Up Securely

NDA and contractual setup, platform provisioning, and the groundwork that keeps everything private and compliant.

4

Tailor the Program

The findings shape the year ahead — so what your people receive is built around your organisation, not a template.

The program

Four layers — one theme — every month.

Here's what makes it work. It isn't one thing — it's four reinforcing layers running in parallel, all pointed at the same monthly theme. A person learns the topic, gets tested on it, hears an expert on it, and can get one-to-one help with it — all in the same month. That combination is what changes behaviour.

A person taking notes beside their laptop, working through a training module at their own pace. Layer 1 01

Learn: a new topic every month.

Short, practical monthly modules on the month's theme. From Month 4 the depth adapts to each person's risk tier — fundamentals for those building confidence, governance-level depth for your champions — but everyone moves on the same topic.

Universal months 1–3 → tiered by risk from month 4
A hand pointing at a suspicious detail on a laptop screen, scrutinising it closely. Layer 2 02

Test: literacy levels on that topic are tested and assessed.

Safe, realistic phishing simulations on the same theme as the training — so learning is immediately applied under real conditions. Difficulty and channel scale with the tier, and results feed the next month's focus.

Universal months 1–3 → tiered by risk from month 4
Four colleagues in a bright office having a real conversation together. Layer 3 03

Expertise: insights from leaders in that field.

One live session a month on that month's theme, delivered to the whole organisation at once. A real expert, a real conversation — and because it's delivered to everyone, no one is ever singled out by their risk tier.

Live every month · whole organisation
A mentor working one-to-one with a colleague at their laptop, coaching them through a real example. Layer 4 04

One on one: discuss, share, and plan face to face with your Mono coach.

Optional, private, and only ever employee-initiated. Anyone who wants direct human support can ask for it — including mentor pairings of stronger and developing colleagues. Never imposed, never public. It's the most human part of the program, and the one people remember.

The 12-month journey

Risky business.

Months 1–3 · Universal

One baseline for everyone

Mono's approach starts with a three-month foundational course undertaken by all participants.

Months 4–12 · Tiered

The same theme, three depths

From month four participants are 'secretly' separated into three groups - those who represent a low, standard, or high risk of succumbing to a cyber-attack. These determinations inform course content and help each group progress to form a unified barrier against nefarious online behaviour.

High Risk
Supported growth & confidence

Low Risk

Measured on MAP

Twelve months, plotted on one scale.

Every Mono course is measured the same way — a single scale from white to black, tracking each person from where they start to where they finish. For Corporate, that's the whole point of the year: a workforce that moves, visibly, from exposed to instinctive.

You start here You finish here
Month 1
Easy Target
The baseline, before the program begins.
Month 3
Switched On
The shared foundation has landed.
Month 7
Sharp Eye
Tiered training is doing its work.
Month 12
Hard to Fool
Instinctive judgement, organisation-wide.

This is the same MAP scale used across every Mono course — so your Corporate results are never just a score in isolation, but a real, comparable measure of how far your people have come.

See it in action

What a month inside the program actually looks like.

Take one theme — say, AI-powered deepfakes — and follow it through all four layers: the module, the simulation, the live session, and the coaching that's there if someone wants it.

It's the clearest way to see why four layers reinforcing one theme is what makes the lesson stick.

Human-led throughout

Humans – it takes one to know one.

Unlike many 'AI automated' courses Mono offers human contact every step of the way. From measurement, to reporting, feedback to support, Mono ensures human intelligence is there for you.

Reporting & Feedback

Clear reporting on simulation and training results, tier movement, and progress over time — plus a quarterly Security Culture Scorecard for your board, with regular conversations, not just a portal login.

Privacy by Design

Risk tiers are never publicly disclosed. The monthly session goes to everyone, and coaching is opt-in — so no employee is ever exposed or singled out.

Always Current

We update the content continuously from live threat-intelligence reporting — so your people are trained on the scams and tactics in circulation right now, not last year's examples.

Simple, flat pricing

One price. Everything included.

No tiered packages, no per-feature upsells. Every layer of the program — training, simulations, live sessions and human coaching — is included for one flat price, scaled to the size of your team.

Why every failed phishing test should start a conversation

Automated remediation measures completion, not change — the evidence behind the approach we take with every Corporate program.

That's the whole point. Let's talk about your organisation, your people, and what teaching them to click or flick could do for your security culture.
